Cat Quest III

Mama Milka is the tavern owner found at the main town in Pawt Purvanna. To begin her questline, return the Jug o'Milk, another buried item found from the secret stones. From there, she will task you with defeating Cathulhu, a high-level boss in the NE corner of the map. Once you've done that, return to her with proof to complete the quest and unlock the achievement.
