Win or lose, all you have to do is trade with other players and collect 100 resource cards throughout playing Catan.
Chances are, if you go for any other achievements in the game, you will get this just by playing.
For a quick and easy way to get it over and done with, get a friend, enter a match, and trade all of your cards back and forth for both of you to get the achievement.

In reading the description, I thought I would just throw it out there, but you do not have to do it in any ONE game...just in any game MODE.

You must obtain 100 resource cards through trade, if you play against easy AI characters then you will be able to trade one resource card for two. Keep repeating this whilst playing and you will unlock the achievement after a few games. You can also get this achievement using regular trades, although it will take longer than getting two-for-one against easy AI.
