But, if like me... For some reason it didn't pop on the 1st go, I had to turn off my Xbox, start up the game again, go to level 16....twice.
Then it popped. Luckily there was no more level redos required.
Hope that helps otherwise all you have to do is get to level 16 and there are a multitude of guides on YouTube etc.
