How to unlock the Babel's Calling achievement in Catherine - Definitive Guide

Gold prizes are earned by meeting a certain point threshold on each night (stage). You must have a high enough cumulative score when you finish the stage, so it's important to do well in each area and not spend any coins on items between areas. In general, maintaining your climbing combo is critical to getting a high score; collecting piles of coins is also necessary, but on stages where there is more leeway some of the coins can be skipped.

The first stage is obviously the easiest to earn a Gold Prize on, as it is the simplest and there is only one area. You can change your difficulty and retry the stage from the Stray Sheep bar on any night.

This achievement is only available while playing Golden Playhouse mode on Normal or Hard difficulty. It will unlock if you obtain at least 1 Gold Prize on any of the 9 Nightmare Stages. This is pretty easy to get early into Golden Playhouse when playing Stage 1-1 even on Normal difficulty. When playing Stage 1-1 make sure you keep your step chain and collect all the enigma coins as you make your way up. You can also hit the "undo" button (Back) if you ever mess up. Please see HERE for help with obtaining gold prizes in stages.

You can only get this trophy by playing Golden Playhouse mode on Normal or Hard difficulty, and after obtaining one Gold Prize on a stage. Gold Prizes are obtained in stages by keeping your step multiplier chain without losing it, not using checkpoints, and collecting all enigma coins in the stage. The easiest way to unlock this trophy is to get a Gold Prize on 1-1 as this is the easiest level to obtain it. Make sure to collect all the enigma coins and keep your combo throughout the entire Stage until the finish to obtain a Gold Prize.

Golden Theater mode.

During nightmares, you need to constantly climb a pyramid of cubes. If you climb quickly and collect gold coins along the way, you will receive a prize in the form of a golden statuette. So you need to get one such figurine at a medium or high difficulty level. The easiest way to get the statue is during the nightmare of the first day of the story. In addition to the trophy, gain access to the first level of Altar in Babel mode.
