Day 2 from opening to 21:55. You have a while to catch him here, but once Todd and Archie leave he's next. Answer: "Maybe..."
Day 3 from opening to 22:25, right when Catherine shows up. You have plenty of time here, but you also have a *lot* of people you need to talk to this night if you're going for everyone. I recommend talking to Todd/Archie immediately after they come in, then Justin immediately after that. A: "Men, of course."
Day 4 from 20:25 to 21:30. Talk to him after you talk to Morgan and the Couple. No question.
Day 5 from 20:40 to 22:10. You have most of the night, but once you see Daniel/Anna leave, he's next. A: "It's not your fault."
Day 6 from 20:10 to 21:25. Only two important people to talk to tonight, him and Anna. Plenty of time here. A: "Is there a reason?"
Day 8 the whole night. You can't miss this one, as you are allowed to linger as long as you desire.
You also need to talk to him each time you see him on the landing during the nightmares. He is the "Sheep with Glasses". Just be encouraging here; the answers should be obvious. But let me know if there's one you aren't sure about.
NOTE: I am 99% certain I gave a "wrong" answer or two at the Stray Sheep, according to the wiki, and still popped all the helper achievements. I include the answers so that you can be on the safe side, but you may very well be able to answer however you like. If you have confirmation of this, please comment. If you want to be safe, answer as posted above.

This achievement is unlocked for helping Justin, a patron at the bar. To help him through his problems, you must answer a series of conversation choices with him a certain way, both in the Stray Sheep and on the Landings. Justin is usually seen starting on the 2nd Day sitting at the bar counter up front by the bathroom, but you may have to wait for him to enter the bar on some days. Justin can also be found in the Landings during Nightmare segments, he is the Sheep with Glasses. Be positive and encourage him whenever you have a conversation with him. He will be absent on the 7th Day so speak to him every time you see him at the Stray Sheep to learn more about his past. If done correctly, on the 8th Day you will be able to speak to him one last time at the Stray Sheep, he will be seated at his usual location. Speak to him to find out the last remains about his journalism career. He will request a possible interview with you one day and the achievement will unlock. Justin is one of the patrons you will meet in the bar. To unlock this patron trophy, it will be completely dependent on your conversation choices you make with him. Justin will start to appear in the Stray Sheep Bar on Day 2 when you are first able to free roam the bar. He will be sitting at the bar on the left side of you at the bar where you will sit in front of the bartender.
You will want to ensure each day you are having a conversation with him, and replying with only positive answers. During the platform sequences between Nightmare Stages, Justin will be identified as the “Sheep in Glasses”, so you’ll also have to always talk to him in these areas as well. If you have successfully helped him out, he will appear back at the Bar on Day 8 in the very same spot you always find him in, on the left side of you at the bar. Talk to him again, and he'll thank you for helping him getting "out of his jam".
