How to unlock the Bomberlamb achievement in Catherine - Definitive Guide

At the beginning of Night 6 (Clocktower) Stage 2, drag glowing red bomb (the type not found in the previous stage) you come to that's in front of the big wall of normal blocks. Once it's centered, step up and onto it. Let it explode, and you're done. Achievement unlocked.

What difficulty was this? Because I see a lot of red blocks by no way to line up 15 in 1 explosion while playing on Easy.

This trophy is not "missable", since you could always "retry" a stage after you have cleared it. It is easier to get this in Stage 6-2.

This achievement is only available while playing Golden Playhouse mode. This can be done on level 6-2 on Easy difficulty. Soon after the first checkpoint is reached, you'll run into a tower (about 4-5) of spring blocks. Move one over to be able to spring onto the top of the main wall you need to climb. On top of the wall there will be a bomb block. Light it, and then wait for it to explode. Under one of the newly made crumble blocks, you'll notice a superchared bomb block (one with higher explosion radius). Destroy the crumble block and fall onto this bomb block. Let it explode and "Boom" more than 15 blocks should explode. To see this being done click HERE. Difficulty settings needed for this method may vary.

This is trophy is obtainable in Golden Playhouse mode in any nightmare stage on any difficulty.
Starting in Stage 6 you will be introduced to blocks like the one pictured in the trophy image. Once you step on one of these blocks they will set off a timer. After a short period they ignite the other blocks within its blast radius. For this trophy, you need to hit 15 blocks in its explosion. On normal difficulty, this can also come naturally if you are setting off the blocks in several confined areas in Stage 6-2.

Got it on Normal in stages with a lot of blocks and bomb blocks. Just run over all the bombs and boom - combos!

got it in the final climb, there the boss will change the blocks, there are 3 options, there’s an explosion, a trampoline and trash, if you get an explosive block to the trash blocks, you get a trophy, I personally got it this way
