I found a little bug that can help you get this, basically when you are first at the bar save the game in front of the arcade machine. But you can do this anytime you're at the bar.

Or if you want wait till you beat the game and you get infinite coins during your second playthrough, which was mentioned by TOO Taco Bob

Once you saved play rapunzel until you have no more credits, it will save your progress after each level, so the level you are at can always be continued. Once you can't play anymore leave the machine and quit out to the menu screen then go back to the save before you clicked on the arcade machine.

You should be able to continue your progress with the same amount of coins too.

Just keep doing this until level 64.

Make sure you click on the videos that say STAGE and not EXTRA STAGE.
