If you're still missing some after doing the rest of the game, start a Litter Box mode in Pawliday Den, and turn on the moth special spawns. You're guaranteed to have at least one inside the small room which you can catch and then end the level and retry until you have enough.

Moths can be found randomly throughout levels, and it's quite easy to spot them flying around. You can catch a moth by eating it, or by swatting at it. Moths can be somewhat tricky to catch, given that they're usually found high up and they move around a lot, so you will need to use shelves and things to reach them. If you cannot find any moths in procedural mode, you can replay the Modern Home level in goals mode, as this level has a goal to catch a moth. You can find a number of moths throughout this level, and you can replay it as many times as needed.

This is cumulative across all runs. It is possible to unlock it naturally if you catch moths in Pawliday Den while grinding procedural mode, but if you still need moths, Moden Home is guaranteed to have two in Goals Mode. Start a run, catch them, then end the run and retry and repeat to finish grinding this out.
