In Procedural mode select the level Modern Home.
There should be a treadmill in one of the rooms that you will need to run on for at least 30 seconds.
Procedural mode is procedurally-generated so, the treadmill may not appear every time.

The, Alchemist
The treadmill can only be found in the Modern Home level in procedural mode. It will not appear in goals mode. Because it only appears in procedural mode, it might not always spawn. If that's the case, then you will need to restart the level and try again until it does appear. It usually spawns in the same room, where you begin the level. Once you find it, simply jump on to it and stay there for 30 seconds.
Necrophage33
This achievement must be done in Procedural Mode on the Modern Home level. There is a chance for this level in Procedural mode to contain a treadmill like in the achievement image in one of the rooms. Start a run, find it, then walk on the treadmill for 30 seconds continuously to unlock this achievement. If you don't see a treadmill, quit the run and start a new run to see if one spawns.
