This can be obtained in a single session of “Litter Box” mode. Select the mode, pick a cat, and under “Special Spawns:” make sure to toggle the Roomba robot.
Once you start, find and hop on the center of the robot, then just wait 10 minutes and the achievement will pop.

You can get this in the apartment level. There's a vacuum in the kitchen.The 10 minutes is cumulative, so if you got off by accident, just hop back on.
The, Alchemist
Robot vacuums can be found in most levels, and they are very easy to spot. To ride one you simply need to jump on top of it. You don't need to do the 10 minutes in one go, and it doesn't need to be the same robot vacuum either, so feel free to do this in smaller chunks.

This is cumulative across all runs, and as the desciption says, you need to spend 10 total minutes sitting on top of Roombas. You definitely won't be anywhere near unlocking this naturally since the only time you'll ride on vacuums is if you have a goal for it in Procedural mode, and it only takes around five seconds to complete the goal.
To grind this out, load up Apartment in Goals Mode, since it always has a Roomba. Find it, hop on top, and idle there for ten minutes to unlock this achievement.
