If you're still missing some after doing the rest of the game, start a Litter Box mode in Pawliday Den, and turn on the mouse special spawns. You're guaranteed to have at least one inside the small room which you can catch and then end the level and retry until you have enough.
The, Alchemist
Mice can be found randomly throughout levels, and it's quite easy to spot them scuttling around the floor. You can catch mice by swatting at them. Mice can be somewhat tricky to catch, given that they're very quick. They will generally follow the same pattern, so it's just a matter of following them until they run out of energy and come to a standstill, allowing you to catch them. If you cannot find any mice in procedural mode, you can replay the Log Cabin level in goals mode, as this level has a goal to catch a mouse. You can find a number of mice throughout this level, and you can replay it as many times as needed.
Necrophage33
This is cumulative across all runs, and you almost assuredly won't unlock it naturally. Thankfully, Log Cabin in Goals Mode is guaranteed to have two mice. Start up a run, catch the two mice, then end the run and repeat to finish grinding this out quickly.
