As with the other photo collection guides:
After unlocking both the Procedural mode and the Pawliday Den level, select both of those and start them up.
You will typically get 4-6 photos within the level, which is only one room, as well as 1-3 additional photos from completing the procedural goals ever try.

You can buy them in the main menu if you have treats. Each photo costs 5 treats and speeds things up a little.

Thanks for the tip about buying them!!! I had over 600 treats after completing the Goals mode and all the Procedural goals and was able to purchase the rest that I needed.

This will be one of the final trophies you earn. There are 300 photos in the game. 43 photos can be found in goals mode, whilst you will need to find the other 257 in procedural mode.
The best level to play on in procedural mode is Pawliday Den, because the entire level is just a single room, so it's very easy and quick to collect all of the photos in the level. Because it's procedural mode, the amount of photos and the location of them will vary playthrough to playthrough. But typically there are 4-6 photos to find each time. Sometimes you will come across the same photos, in which case they won't count towards your total. It will take a lot of runs on this level to collect every photo, but each run is very quick due to the size of the level.

There are a total of 300 photos that you need to collect for this achievement. There are four ways to get photos:
- Collect them in Goals mode. Each level has a set amount of photos to collect as a one-time thing
- Collect them in Procedural mode. Each time you play a level in this mode, there will be 4-6 new photos to collect that will always add to your collection. This can be done an unlimited amount of times
- Earn them in Procedural mode. Some goals you complete in Procedural mode will reward you with a photo. However, that photo is not always a new one
- Buy them from the shop. If you go to Collections and then Photos, you can spend your currency on locked photos, 5 Treats per photo.
