The fastest level for this is Pawliday Den (unlocked via the Christmas tree key found inside the piano in the Mansion level after initially beating the Mansion) as it is one small room so all goals are easy to find and complete.

Procedural mode is unlocked once you complete the first level in goals mode. Procedural mode is very similar to goals mode. The main difference is that the levels are procedurally generated, meaning that each playthrough will be slightly different to the last. The objectives will change each time you play, as too will the placement of things. There will always be 5 goals to complete each time you begin a level. That means you need to play procedural mode a minimum of 20 times for this trophy, assuming you complete every goal each time. The best level to play on is Pawliday Den, because it's a small level consisting of a single room, thus making runs of this level very quick.

Procedural mode unlocks a little ways into Goals mode, and it functions exactly like Goals mode with the only exceptions being that you are given five randomized goals instead of set ones, and there are new photos to collect in each run. Everything else works the same and carries over, such as your perks, energy, the level layout, etc.
Since you can only do five goals per run, you'll need to do at least 20 runs for this achievement. By far the fastest way is to first wait until you've unlocked all perks in Goals mode, and then play Pawliday Den, the last level. It's a single small square room where everything is easily visible. You can quickly complete all goals in only a couple minutes. Once you've done all five, you can hop in your box to end the run, tally up everything, then retry and repeat until this achievement unlocks.
As a side note, make sure to pair this with Photo Completionist (50G), collecting photos during every run too, since this is the only place to reach your 300 photos.
