Catnip is found randomly throughout levels, usually atop shelves, and it's very easy to spot due to its green glow. Simply walk into the catnip to use it. Time will slow down and everything goes funky for a minute or two. There is no real benefit to taking the catnip, so I would personally avoid it once you earn this trophy as I found the effects to be rather annoying.

This is cumulative across all run, and will assuredly unlock naturally. Catnip is the green glowing powerup you'll see in Goals mode in most levels. It slows down time and energy usage but you move at normal speed. It's worth getting every time you see it in Goals mode to prolong your run, and you'll get it far more than five times in Goals mode alone.
