You need to wait, like 30-60 seconds sitting in the level before inputting the cheat. Turn on the achievement tracker - if it doesn't move you need to force close and reset the game. Very, very glitchy. Needed to full reset the game every couple levels, even after waiting a minute before putting in the cheat.

Simply save 100 friends
Achievement Breakdown:
We need to Complete the Game with 100%. The Game has 3 Worlds with 17 levels each. (Total of 51 Levels)
To 100% the game, you need to collect ALL STARS and FREE ALL FRIENDS. Each level has a different amount of stars and friends.
CHEAT METHOD:
Chili-Dog Interactive is formally known as "Victory Road". They are known for including Cheat Codes in their games. The Cheat Code is U, U, D, D, U, U, R, L, L, R,
. *Press at the Pause Screen* Then press "Complete Level".
What does the Cheat do?!
It will automatically Collect All Stars and Save All Friends. They magnetize towards you after you input the cheat code. After it collects all stars and friends, then the level will end!
