The second boss is similar to the 1st however now drops multiple bombs.
To make this easier you can purchase/acquire the explosions immunity perk(Looks like a star with a bomb in the middle) I show it at 11:43 in the video below and was present in both runs I did in the game.
With that you can just simply skate around the boss area whilst he drops bombs and will kill himself in around a minute.
If you haven't obtained the perk for any reason I would advise focusing on avoiding the bomb blasts and trying to strike him when safe to do so like the first boss.

I know this won’t help going on to level 3 which ultimately you need to do to complete the game but if you die on the level 2 boss DO NOT click to restart or go to menu, leave it for a moment and in the background the miner will still drop bombs and ultimately kill himself still netting you the achievement.
