Caveman Warriors

Level 3 is where you get to ride in a triceratops vehicle through the stage while you are chased by the boss and flying/riding enemies. As you go along you will have to fire your weapon at the enemies in the air and on the ground to kill them, as well as at the boss at times to drive him backwards when he advances towards you until reach far enough for him to fall back behind you fully again. Along the way, you will come across signs that you need to stay under to avoid and rocks that you need to jump over.

The boss is a tyrannosaurus rex riding terminator like caveman named Cavernator. He has 4 attacks that he uses during the battle. The first one is when he shoots a spread shot of 3 bullets at you which you will need to shoot down the middle one in order to keep it from hitting you. The second one is when he lobs a grenade at you and you have to shoot it out of the sky before it lands on your vehicle. The last one is when he begins to advance on you like he did previously in the level to try to hit you and you need to keep shooting him until he falls back again. The final attack he does after the advance one where he jumps and send a wave of energy at you along the ground that you need to jump over to avoid.

The main strategy of the battle is to fire at him in bursts to keep your stamina gauge higher for when he begins to advance on you so you can keep firing enough to knock him back without running out of energy because if you do, you stop moving for a short period until you gain some of it back, making it easier for him to catch you. Focus on shooting his bullets & bombs out of the way in between the advance attack and you should be fine. Just keep firing at him until he's dead and the trophy will pop after the stage is complete.

Extra Level Note: Both extra levels in normal & arcade have the same bosses as their regular versions with the same patterns, but the stages leading up to them are set up different and slightly more challenging. Their battery locations are also in different locations.
