How to unlock the Level 8 Extra Arcade achievement in Caveman Warriors - Definitive Guide

Level 8 is very similar to level 6 as it takes place in the same type of environment, but there are a lot more platforming over hole areas and many more difficult type enemies in it, so patience and timing are key to making it through it. At the end of the war torn portion of it, you will enter a mini-spacecraft portion of it to finish off before reaching the boss, Tali Vos Moon, a giant robot in the background of the stage. The boss has 3 parts to the battle that you need to take care of in order to beat it.

The first part has 2 attacks that it uses. The normal attack is where it fires dual energy balls from its eyes across the stage at different spots, although they are always in the same locations each time. Just move in between two of the energy ball attacks to avoid them. The second attack that it uses is if you get a little too far to the left or right, it will slam that hand down on the ground to hit you. Just move away from them before they hit you. The main focus during this attack will be the two glowing orbs on chains under each arm. You will want to destroy them each as they will cause that arm to drop down to the ground. It's best if you alternate attacks on the orbs to try to drop them just about the same time so to not start the next phase attack early with either side.

The second part begins when one or both of the hands are dropped after destroying the orbs mentioned above. For this part, he only has one attack in which he will move all the way to one side, open that hand and sweep it across the stage towards the opposite direction. The only way to avoid it is to either run to the other side of the screen (rarely works) or jump over it with a properly timed high jump (also difficult to time out). Your aim for this part is to destroy the orbs on the shoulders as quickly as possible. To do this you will need to jump up on a hand and then high jump in the air to be able to hit them. Do this as many times as you can before it begins to move for the attack and then get ready to try to avoid it. Once you destroy one side, repeat for the other until both are destroyed.

The final part is thankfully very easy which is a good thing since you might be low on health after the last one. It will start of by slamming its face into the ground where it is, then lift it back up after a few seconds and move to one side of the stage. Once to one side, it will begin moving towards the other side while slamming its head against the ground in a repeating pattern. Just time it out and run under the head in between slams. When it reaches the other side, it will begin to move back towards you and when it reaches you, it will slam its face into the ground right there, so just move to the side to avoid. When it does the single face slam, run up to it and start attacking the head as many times as you can to do damage, then reset and get ready or the moving head slam attack again.

Keep rinsing and repeating the steps for the final form and eventually she will fall. The stage will end with some story stuff and the trophy will pop during that time.

Extra Level Note: Both extra levels in normal & arcade have the same bosses as their regular versions with the same patterns, but the stages leading up to them are set up different and slightly more challenging. Their battery locations are also in different locations.
