Unlike a lot of people would have you believe, you CAN use assistant mode and get achievements! Which makes the game a breeze and the full 1000g In around 4 hours!

Just put on invincible
Unlimited Dash
And adjust game speed to what suits you best.
Find a guide for the collectables which are all easy using assist mode
Enjoy the easy 1000G

Question, how did you beat the Pico game? It seems you can't use assist for that game mode and I am very terrible at this game.

You get this achievement after completing the first chapter of the game, which should be the first level you have access to after the prologue. This level is fairly easy and can be done after a few tries. (IMPORTANT) If you are struggling while playing this level, you can enable assist mode in settings, which helps you by making you invincible or letting you have unlimited stamina.
