This Crystal Heart is earned by beating Chapter 8, it is not hidden.

Question in the comments - 'How do I get past the heart pillar?"

In order to get past the heart pillar, you have to collected at least 7 other hearts.

GT Lightmaster confirms for us that B-Side hearts count toward your 7 hearts.

I cannot get past by the heart pillar to get trough the level how do we get past it?

@Frog - when I got to the pillar it had 7 hearts on it.

I did it today and only needed 4 hearts - I had 2 Crystal and 2 b sides completed

Crystal Hearts are in secret areas of the game and require you to make combinations of moves for them to appear. See the video of the location of the secret passage of chapter 8 and the correct movements:

Each level contains a Crystal Heart. These are hidden well and are typically difficult to reach. This is no sweat with Assist Mode activated.
