35 minutes 56 seconds with 323 deaths. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I was definitely getting frustrated towards the end. Great guide.

That screen shake on death and respawn is irritating, especially on the last screen.

Do you have to do in one attempt or does it resume where you left off if you quit? Or if you quit the Pico (not the reset option does it resume if you reuse)?
I did it in 45 mins and 448 deaths. Seems like you can resume from the main menu once unlocked but from the start each time.

You do have to do it all in one attempt or the game will reset itself.

Finished in in 54:16 with 567 deaths

Thanks! Definitely recommend doing this achievement when you're fresh. 29:02 (which counts idle time used to watch routes) and 311 deaths later, with this guide and the speedrun video, I was able to do a route that worked for me.

Well 38:38 and 402 deaths later... I made the mistake of trying this when I was up late, tired, and after drinking some beers and that was probably not a good idea lol. I honestly didn't think it was possible to despise this game more than I already did but now I'm to the point I will actively remember these developers and never play another game they make ever again, even if it comes to Game Pass. Screw you Celeste! Never been so happy to uninstall a game!

In the 3rd level, onice you’ve entred the hotel and followed the ghost, you will get to a big messy room.
Before talking to the ghost, go at the right side of the room, and go to the only path available. Once you reach the landry room, the is a hidden path on top of the room, with a little room, interact with the computer.
Now is the hard part, you have to beat 30 levels !
Here is a video of baldjared beating all levels (all credits to him!)

NB: you can actually talk to the ghost first and interact with the computer afterwards!

Annoying but doable even if you've casually played the game with all assists on. 2:01:35 and 1448 deaths later I got it. Gotta say that the LS is not all that great for fast dash aiming, going the wrong way killed me a ton. But still got it faster than that horrible Flappy Goat achievement in Goat Simulator!

Well...the vid is a record speed run by a guy who is playing on PC, takes every shortcut and gets all berries. Not guide material for someone who just wants to check the best pathing - let alone get easy directions to the terminal.

Anyway, my tip is to do this with a joystick if possible. Using the thumbstick gave me problems with the directionals, and the D-pad was accurate but slow. Not getting the right dash out was frustrating. I had just put my stick away for storage the other day so I toughed it out but it took me almost an hour. facepalm

And btw, in case anyone's wondering you do not need the PICO strawberries for any achievements.

Hey all, just a quick video showing where to find this in the game. It's in chapter 3, in the room will ALL the clutter. You'll need to go east into a laundry room, you'll see a note, and above that is the computer to play this. There are 30 levels, and it plays similar to the real game. Hope the video helps!

The Achievement didn't unlock for me when beating PICO from within chapter 3. I had to select PICO from the main menu to unlock the Achievement. It unlocks as soon as you reach the summit at 3100m.

Huh, weird. I had it unlock when I played it in Chapter 3, didn't know that was an issue. Sorry you had to play that twice....it's not fun.

I did reset PICO once when I missed a strawberry, because I thought you'd probably needed them all for an Achievement (turns out you don't). Maybe you're not allowed to reset it.

It wasn't that bad actually. It took me 30 minutes on my first complete try, then 6 minutes on my second try without going for the strawberries.

Pico 8 is a mini game inside the game located in a secret passage. You must go through all the stages to win this trophy (you will have to go through the whole game more simply in this mini game). Watch the video to help you:

The only reason this game is not a 1/10 difficulty is because Celeste for PICO-8 cannot be completed with Assist Mode on.

Celeste for PICO-8 is a collectable item that is found in chapter 3: 'Celestial Resort'. Once collected, it becomes playable at the main menu.

Refer to this video guide for the location of Celeste for PICO-8. It is found at 5:40.

A game within a game, Celeste for PICO-8 is a virtual simulator of Celeste. There are a total of 30 chambers that gradually become more difficult. If you exit you will have to begin again. I recommend becoming familiar with the mechanics of Celeste (without Assist Mode on) before attempting to complete Celeste for PICO-8.

Located within chapter 3, you can find a hidden 'Easter Egg', with a computer allowing you to play the original PICO-8 prototype of Celeste - this is located in a room just off to the right from the large room from which you'll branch out to clear the various elements of clutter in the hotel, as shown in the screenshot below:



To earn this trophy, you need to complete this simplified version of the game. Each screen is labelled by height, with the final screen before the summit being 3,000m. With credit to YouTube user Video Game News, here's a video walkthrough for the game. Note that collection of strawberries here is entirely optional and not linked to trophies or any other measure of in-game progress.

The computer is in the third chapter in the "total confusion" part. When Oshiro gives us the task of clearing his hotel, we go to the lower right corner, the passage down will be closed, but the passage to the right will not, so that’s where we go. We walk to the room with dirty linen and see a nook at the top, which is where we need to go. After using PICO for the first time, it can be used from the main menu.

All progress in PICO-8 is not saved, so you must complete the mini-game in one go. Also, cheats do not affect it. The height of the mountain in the mini-game is 3000m.
