The "crap" is a loot item that is only sold by the merchant in the hidden crab village. The Crab village is hidden at the very top of the Rockbottom map tile (Kortara Mountains). Just below the northern map transition point you can see a dirt path through some trees headed west. Follow the path and you will see some friendly crabs and a class emblem statue. The westernmost crab is the merchant you need. Purchase the crap from it for 1a and immediately sell it back to unlock the achievement.

You can also get this before you go to the hidden crab village. If you have Ba'Thraz's skill, Search, you can find a piece of crap in battle and sell it for the achievement.

The, Pants, Party
Inside Crab Village (see Oh Crab! (15G) for its location), you will find that one of the crabs is actually a merchant. The only thing he sells is a piece of loot called "Crap" so we'll go ahead and purchase that. Sell it right back to him to unlock the achievement.
