When I actually accomplished this, the achievement didn't pop until I closed and reopened the game, loading the save file that had the board completed
Also for the paralyze an enemy 4 times tile, I used Robb and Victor with Paralyze Shot and Bee Sting respectively. I tried extending the paralyze and it wouldn't pop so I paralyzed the enemy then waited until it wore off then reapplied it and on the 4th non-resist application of the paralyze it popped. I used the Alpha Tadeye in Ograne Grottos, feed it a berry, then just have your other 2 support Robb and Victor. I used Glenn for his Lend Energy Ability and Mikah and Amalia for Double Steps and Heals when needed.

Good lord, I was going to go insane until I read this. The God King was the last task I had to do, and I killed him 3 times (easy fight, btw!) before I came here to see when it's supposed to pop.

Thanks, was wondering why it didn't pop for me.
Saving, quitting the game and reloading got it to work for me as well.

The Reward Board will unlock as you leave Farnsport for the first time, and can be viewed at any time by pressing 
to see what tasks you can work on. As you reach new areas during the story, more tasks on the board will open up. Most of these are fairly simple, for killing some of each new enemy or finding collectibles, hidden caves, and buried treasure, etc. Some are a little more specific, such as killing enemies in a certain way (poison damage for instance) or surviving hits from giant enemies while in human form. These tasks can wait until you've beaten the game so you're strong enough to do them more easily. Once you have completed every task on the board, the achievement will unlock.
