I don’t recommend going for this until you have fully upgraded hermits island.
Book 1: Fior Woods. Iden Village
House in the bottom right of village. Book about continents of Eldrea forming a ring.
Book 2: Shambala. Sova Villge
From the warp crystal, get in your sky armor and enter flight mode. Fly to the right. In the town head right until you find the wooden bridge. Go up to the elders house. Inside the house, immediately go right. The book case in the alcove there. Book about wars on Eldrea.
Book 3: Between Kortara Mountains and Fior Woods. White Rose Inn
From Iden in Fior woods go south until arriving at the inn. Enter the inn. Use the stairs in the backroom on the left. Bookcase will be slightly right of stairs. Book about living beings in Eldrea.
Book 4: Kindred Monestary
Fly there. Its north of Hermit’s Island. From where you land, go through the door on the left. Then the door in the middle. Cross the bridge to the library. Goto the right to find a book on the ground. Book about a 1000 kingdoms ruling.
Book 5: Arkant Archipelago. Secret Place
Goto the bottom right zone. There is a door in the south. Enter it. Vollow the path until you arrive at the village. Go up the ramp. You need the yellow building with the blue roof in the top left of the village. Enter the house. Book about Fungus.
Note: requires key item from bird vendor in Ograne Grottos. This Requires the elevator key from the magical city.
Book 6: Magic Academy Nhysa
From the crystal Go up the stairs. Go south through the gates then over the bridge. You should be in a library now. Goto the left room. The top bookcase has the book. Book about 1000’s of kingdoms ruling Eldrea.
Book 7: Hermits Island
To the right of the fast travel crystal, there is a building with 3 rooms inside. One of the rooms has a bookcase. Book about batteries.
Book 8: Ogranes Grotto
Start at the North Teleporter Crystal. Go left. In the second room you will find the book on the ground. Book about trees.

I just unlocked this BEFORE i reached Nhysa and Ramina's tower. Thinking either book 6 doesn't count or the same book can be found somewhere else earlier in the game?

There are 9 Lore Books to find in the game. These will show up as a magnifying glass on bookshelves. Refer to the guide in the Road Map for their locations and screenshots of which bookshelf to investigate.
