How to unlock the Class Master achievement in Chained Echoes - Definitive Guide

To unlock this you have to equip a CLASS EMBLEM to a party member and collect/apply enough Skill Points (SP) for one of the emblem's skills to reach max level (level 3).
The earliest and easiest emblem you can pick up is the Cleric and you can read more about it in Solution for Praying In Chained Echoes
It is worth noting that any CLASS EMBLEM skill that reaches level 3 on a character will permanently stick to that character even after removing the class emblem from him/her. This mechanic is a great way to develop a character and add skill types that they may be lacking to help control the overdrive bar.

Just raise a class skill to level 3 using SP and that's it, achievement unlocked!

I have several class skills at max but no unlock 
Edit: Leveling up manually another skill to lvl 2 did the trick. I did not get the achievement for having skills at max automatically.

The, Pants, Party
After finding one of the 12 class emblems (see Preacher Man (30G) for their locations) you can equip it and use your acquired SP to increase the level of the skills associated with it. You only need to level up a skill twice to master it, which will generally be ~500SP. SP is earned through battles, so if you've spent it all on other skills before getting the class emblem, just wait and you'll acquire plenty throughout the game.
