(Need elevator key for Raminas Tower, so you can get some berries to kill these invincible Tadeye monsters! and reach Bog the Real Gob. Elevator key is from the office of the Academy of Nhysa. Thanks, nine3cubed.)
*Senior Tadeye (removes all other enemies when it spawns. Use the fast travel crystal in this west area, go right to the climbable wall, pan camera up to see if the normal enemy spawned)
Bog the Real Gob
(Complete quest: A Goblin's Dilemma, Go to goblins village in Ornate Grotto (North-East), Buy book from goblin merchant to understand them, talk to goblin on the top right, pick up miner key near merchant, travel to Rockbottom, enter mine and follow path right until you see a door you can enter.)
There seems to be two story related characters listed in this section of the Bestiary so I will include them below

Otter nobunaga is directly left of the teleport crystal, you haven't got it to spawn because you haven't removed your parties armor. Once that is done he is sitting there on the beach and you need to fight him "naked" as stated by the adventure guild person on the hooge. Which he also states there is a second unique in the area that only shows up when you have qoute "a lot of magical users" and that one I haven't been able to find

I completely forgot about him, and was wondering why there was no npc hint at Arkant. 
I got them all now, will update the solution now 
The magical users I had was Magnolia, Ba'Thraz, Amalia and Lenne. Location is South-East on the beach.

The, Pants, Party
There are 17 Unique Monsters to defeat for this achievement. Most can be fought when they are first available, especially if you've lowered the Accessability Options, but you can also just mop these up after you beat the story. These do respawn and you may have to defeat them a few times for Loot to sell for the Deals achievement. The linked guide in the Road Map will have all their locations, or see the video below.
