The Crab village is hidden at the very top of the Rockbottom map tile (Kortara Mountains). Just below the northern map transition point you can see a dirt path through some trees headed west. Follow the path and you will end up in the crab village with a class emblem statue and the merchant that will sell you "crap" for the Customer is King achievement.

The Crab Village can be found through a hidden area in the trees just to the north of Rockbottom. See the image below for the map location and which trees to walk through.
