Thanks to Euler13 for pointing out in the comments I'd put the wrong achievement solution in (oops). As they say, you need to:
go to the upper floor of the library. From terminal 8, where the cable car stops, head down the stairs on the left and the entrance to the library is across to the right. Once in the library head to the bottom of the screen and the stairs that go to the upper floor are on the right.

I think you mixed this one up with Alchemist Express. You need to build the same link, but to get this one you need to go to the upper floor of the library. From terminal 8, where the cable car stops, head down the stairs on the left and the entrance to the library is across to the right. Once in the library head to the bottom of the screen and the stairs that go to the upper floor are on the right.

Once you have learned all the glyphs for the Bards (The Garden) and the Alchemists (The Galleries) you can return to Console Eight located in The Galleries level and translate the conversation. I suggest you do all translations and purple doors after you have completed the game and received the bad ending (See I did it 
). Below is the English translation of the glyphs you will need to choose:
Alchemist glyphs:

- Me Seek/Want Brother Plural
- Warrior Plural Not Brother Plural
Bard glyphs:
- Book Me Find
- Brother Plural Me Plural Be
Alchemist glyphs:
- Me Plural Brother Plural
Once you complete the conversation successfully, return to the Library on the second floor of The Galleries and go to the upper level of the Library. As soon as you enter the floor, you should see Bards and Alchemists conversing on the right side and this trophy should be awarded.
This translation will also fulfill the requirements for Alchemists Express
