How to unlock the Alchemists Express achievement in Chants of Sennaar - Definitive Guide

You can only unlock this once you've completed the link between the Bards and the Alchemists (see below).
Once you've done that, go to the start of Level 3 (The Garden). By the huge lift that brings you up from Level 2 (the Fortress) you should see the cable car. Get in it and ride it up to Level 4 (the Galleries) to unlock the achievement.

Console Nine is at the highest point of The Galleries. Once you translate the conversation between the Bard and Alchemist on Console Eight (See A Link to the Past 
), a Gondala car will appear on the platform directly behind you at Console Nine.
Take this transport down to the beginning screen of The Garden for this trophy.
