In front of the abbey, where the devotee comes to the door and opens the sliding window to check who it is. Ring the bell three times.

In the first half of the opening level, you will try to gain entry into a building with a symbol that resembles two ballons (shorter on the left than the right) inside a square. This symbol represnts The Abbey. When you ring the bell for entry, a Devotee will open the peephole and close it again because you are not worthy to enter.
Ring the bell to annoy the Devotee inside enough times and you will receive this trophy. You may return and do this at any time if you miss it on your first path through the first level. You can see this task in the first half of the video walkthrough in the guide for The great escape
