After you complete the cemetery puzzle and descend the staircase, you'll be in an underground corridor. Take the first right available to pass through a door and enter a labyrinth of rooms. Go Right, Up, Right, Up, and Up and you'll see a corpse in a hole through the floor. Go up to the course and press the A button to interact with it and the achievement will pop.

This one gave me a hard time because I didn't realize that I had to pick up a lens in the garden shed.
You have to pick up a coin, give it to the beggar outside the church. The beggar will tell you to get a key from under a vase in the garden. You unlock the shed in the garden with the key and that has the lens on the table.
You then take the lens to the church where you need it to find the solution to the puzzle in the cemetary, basically telling you the way each of the statues should be pointed.

At the end of The Abbey level, you will reach an underground area and will light a torch to navigate the rooms of the catacombs in order to turn off the leaking water pipe and progress to the second level of the game, The Frontier.
As you navigate the rooms of this area, head to the far right corner room and look into the open area to receive this trophy.
