Unlocked in The Garden (Level 3 of the tower).
Follow signs to the windmill. Once you get to the crossroads with the broken compass, take the door at the bottom right of the screen. Through here is a dead end with a fountain and two games you can play.
You’ll need to win one to progress with the story. Make sure you win both.
On the left is a sort of take on Flappy Bird, just hold down A to raise the bird up and guide it through the columns.
On the right we have Whack-a-Mole. Take your time and only target the blue faces with the left stick, pressing A to whack them. Avoid the gold faces, as whacking them punishes you more than not hitting anything. It’s a bit annoying but hang in there.
Once you've completed both games the achievement should pop.

I had an issue with unlocking this upon completing both games multiple times but I eventually got it to pop by exiting the game completely and then launching the game again. Once the title screen showed up the achievement popped for me!

In a slightly hidden area of The Garden, the vibrant colored third level of the Tower, you will find two games you can play. One of the games is a Whack-A-Mole type game, the other I would rather not spoil for you. Winning one of these games will award you a coin you will need to enter the Theater for an important set of clues.
Playing (and winning) both games will award you this trophy.
