As you return to the 10 consoles in the "post-game" you will have an opportunity to translate conversations between two languages. Each successful conversation translated will have a positive effect on the communities of Sennaar and will be illustrated by a series of dots on the console screen progressively being connected through each successful event. These translation puzzles are only half of what you will need to do to fully rebuild the links in the game, though.

By the time you reach Exile and have received Cable guy trophy_silver.png, you should see this image on the final console:

In this guide we will refer to the consoles in sequential order based on this diagram. The bottom left console is the first you find in The Abbey and is shown with a tall straight line, so this will be "one" and the console to the right of it has one small branch extending from the tall line, so we will count this as "two" (I know its not a perfect system, but what can you do?).

Also take note that the consoles with circles above them indicate there is a translation to complete, so you can ignore consoles two, five, seven and ten as far as translations.  The purple doors, also referred in the videos as "Fairy doors" are shown in relative proximity to the fast travel spot/console

Towards the end of your journey up the Tower, you are given a key, which will give you access to the purple doors that are located once per level from The Abbey up to The Galleries. If you have yet to find any of these doors, pay attention to the sound and flashing of the key, which is displayed at the top left of your screen. It will flash and beep faster as you get closer to the door's location..

When you find one of these doors, you will need to complete a simple word puzzle, followed by a stealth section. On your way back out of the room, you will interact with an Anchorite and they will add a new link to the console. The stealth portion will be non-existent on your first purple door, but will be present for doors two through four and will grow in difficulty as you progress. The word puzzles should stay the same for their region regardless of what order you reach them, though.  Those solutions are below:
  • Abbey - Preacher Looks Potion Potion
  • Frontier - Plural Warrior Carry/Possess Vessel
  • Garden - Theater Bard Plural Go/Pass
  • Galleries - 6 Book Plural
