When Rufus and Cletus are fighting with Lady Goal and Donna-Goal fighting in the background: hit Cletus as much as possible (around 10 times), you'll get the achievement.

Near the end of the game, Rufus and Cletus will be fighting. As soon as the fight starts, punch Cletus in the face ten times to unlock this trophy. Punches to Cletus' face that give Rufus the upper hand, don't seem to count towards this trophy so just do it all at once at the beginning of the fight.
