Hi,
as Le Lone Wolf mentioned in his solution this achievement is not missable and will pop from normal story progression. However, the achievement I got after finishing the last stage of chapter 4 was the "going down" achievement and not the "just desert" achievement
This achievement here unlocked for me after finishing stage 5-2 and completing the game. So you do not get it after you finish the 4th chapter but after you finish the 5th chapter.
To complete the 5th chapter you need to collect the last blueprint in stage 5-4. This will allow you to go through the big gate in stage 5-2 that was blocking your way to the final exit of that stage before. The easiest way to get to this "big gate" is via entry B of stage 5-2. After that you just have to follow the path to get to the final cutscene of the game and the final exit of stage 5-2
