On the gadget selection screen before you start a level, press 
until you are the skeleton Shopkeeper as your character, then complete the level as normal. If you want it easy, just do level 1-1.

How do you select the shopkeeper as a character?

You need to have The Royal Gadget Pack, and on the gadget selection screen before you start a level, press X until you are the shopkeeper.

Bare, Bum, Cheeks
On the screen where you select your gadgets, you can press 
to switch characters. Simply hit twice to play as the Shopkeeper.
