How to unlock the Royal Sampler achievement in Chariot - Definitive Guide

You can do this without any upgrades. You also don't have to finish the level. Choose a character and start any level, equipping Royal Arms. Press cn_Y to use the gadget, which is a special attack. You can then exit back to the map. Rinse and repeat with the other two characters and the achievement will unlock.

Choose a map and equip Royal Arms. When the level starts, press to use it. Return to map and choose a map and equip Royal Arms to a different character. Change characters by pressing on the gadget selection screen. Once you use Royal Arms on all three characters, the achievement will unlock.
