How to unlock the I Earned an Organ achievement in Charlie Murder - Definitive Guide

When you are at the "exit to world map" sign in the level St. sanders Cemetery there is a gate to your left that will lead you to a secret part of the cemetery. There you will find a tattoo artist (3 actually) and as you progress through the level you will meet the boss at the end!

Beat this boss in the Derelict Crypt within St Sander's Cemetary. If you're being thorough collecting Smockula's body parts he should be your first stop. He'll yield Smockula's Heart.
Although it's entirely possible to beat the game and get the bad ending without fighting this guy.

I beat that boss and it didn't get the achievement, nor did he drop the heart.

I agree. Im having trouble finding where to go and this guide does not help. I will hit up youtube for a video I guess.

The Gory Mound is the first optional boss. To fight it, go out of the dead-end gate at the end of St. Sanders Cemetary to the Derelict Crypt. At the end of the level, the Gory Mound awaits. Defeat him to earn an achievement and one of the parts you need for "I Collected a Being."
