The guide by aka Scratch is good so I just wanted to add that if you're playing solo just use a 2nd controller (you need a 2nd profile but not gold) & then enter Art Street,once you do,it won't be long before you get attacked so just use the 2nd profile to fight the baddies,I used Kelly & allowed her to get bit which means you have to tap Y/X/A/B (random as far as I can figure) to get the bad guy off but if this is the last bad guy in the area,don't use Y/X/A/B instead simply let him drain you dry & as soon as you hit the ground use the main profile (the one that you wanna get the cheevo on) to finish of the Bad Guy as fast as possible & then revive Kelly & pop goes the cheevo lol

I fixed your heart is a pretty simple achievement. To get it you must revive a downed teammate. Simply press B over their dying body to revive them defibrillator style. You can be hit while performing the revive so make sure to draw the enemy away.
