Buy a golden ticket from the store or find one when a an enemy drops it. Then head back to Art Street to the theater. The ticket is a relic so you'll have to equip it to enter. If you're playing multiplayer you need at least one person with a ticket. Make your way to the back of the Theater and defeat the boss. The band will unlock after you do so. To play as one of the band members you press left or right on the character select screen.

You'll first need to acquire a golden ticket. Very rarely these will drop from enemies, but they're available in many different stores, so that would be a better option. Once you have one, equip it as a relic, head to the Art Street theater. Fight the boss at the end and you'll earn this as well as the "alternative" band.
