Charlie Murder

To obtain this achievement, you will have to use the Heart Rip ability while playing as Kelly, the selectable female character of Charlie Murder. Also, the name of this achievement is likely a reference to the television series, Game of Thrones. The Heart Rip ability is described as so:

To unlock the Heart Rip you must raise up Kelly into the Level 15 range. When leveling up characters such as Kelly in Charlie Murder, you'll be able to give your character new special abilities such as Roll Judo, Mosh Team Escape Judo, Overdrive, Sprinter, etc . Pull up your cell phone by pressing on the d-pad to level up your character's stats and abilities. According to Mobius Evalon , you should focus on buying these abilities to make Heart Rip available the soonest:

1. Cranium stomp
2. Mosh team
3. Counter
4. Relic 1 & 2
5. Overdrive 1 & 2

After adding so many abilities, the ability, "Heart Rip" will become available after a while. Highlight it and hit button to receive it. Once equipped, just perform the move on an enemy with low health and the achievement will pop.

Co-op Method
If you haven't started playing as Kelly yet and are at Level 1 with her, there's an easy way to obtain this achievement. Find a Co-op partner who is already deep into the Story Mode. Have them invite you to a multiplayer game then have them select a stage late into the game that will yield lots of Experience points (Camp Falconbats works well) for defeating enemies. You should be able to level up Kelly very rapidly this way, especially if your partner decides to play on higher difficulties.

Once you've Leveled up Kelly into the 25-30 range be sure to pull up your cell phone with Left on the d-pad and level her up until Heart Rip appears. Now have the host play the first stage of the game "Art Street". Walk up to an enemy, attack them into low health, grab them with -button then press again to eat their heart for the achievement.
