How to unlock the I Made a Garden of Skulls achievement in Charlie Murder - Definitive Guide

This is Tommy's personal skill. You can get it at level 2. When you level up select it from the skill menu. After that group some heads together. Pick them up and hit Y to make a health totem. Do 5 of them close together and it'll pop.

You may want to add that in the Art Street area grenades score instant decapitations, as I was having difficulty finding the appropriate weapon to achieve them.

This is Tommy's character-specific achievement. In order to unlock it, unlock Healing Totems as an ability. From there, you can make a healing totem by picking up a severed head and pressing . 

An easy way to get five of these close together is to use a powerful character with a bladed weapon. Doing so will frequently decapitate enemies in one hit. Once there are five heads in an area, create the healing totems in close proximity to one another and this will pop.
