Story related; cannot be missed.

The Shaman is the final boss of the Temple. He can summon patterns of crows, dash down at you from above, scatter energy orbs, summon a homing projectile, and use his ax as a boomerang. Using the parachute and the walls of the arena can help dodge some of his attacks. There is no save room near him and no red banner warning, but a path back to town is nearby where you can save your game. Upon killing him, this trophy will unlock.
