This can easily be done on Stage 5(the first Egypt stage) on easy difficulty during your speedrun. There are four scorpions in the hallway with the ankh. Make a save before opening the door and ready your rocket launcher. (You should have one by this point.) Try and group them together and blow them all up. Reload if needed.

This is mostly easily attainable towards the end of MAP18: Castle Moidodyr. After flipping a switch under archways that reveal two rocketeers behind you (a biiiitch of a part on Hard), you’ll come upon three stairs that lead to a pit of four zombies and the red keycard. Leave these zombies alone…for now.
On the right wall (heading up), there is a hidden shop table switch. Shoot it, and a Mega Destroyer will be revealed to your right if you still need one. Go ahead and make a save here. Barrel your way ahead into the pit of zombies, shooting downward with the MD as you’re jumping in. Hopefully, this will kill all four zombies. It took me 3 or 4 tries, hence the save beforehand. It’ll pop immediately.
