My final time on my successful run was about 1h10m on easy so there is plenty of wiggle room. The achievement will pop after killing the final boss on stage 19.
Also, I believe that this may need to be done in one sitting as, on a previous run, I closed the game to take a dinner break and when I came back and finished, the achievement did not pop. If anyone can confirm or deny this, please comment.

This one is pretty simple if playing on Easy. Finished it in ~60 minutes, still stopping to kill lot of the enemies in the way and forgetting where to go at a few points (level 9). Most levels are pretty short as long as you have a decent idea of the layout.
There were a few times I screwed up a jump and loaded a quicksave, but all in all pretty easy.
