If you are able to earn any of the mating technique achievements against the computer, it would be this one, however it would still be very difficult setting it up and much faster just playing it against a second account on the same console.
If you do not know of this method that uses two accounts, it is explained better in many of the other mating technique solutions, but it consists of playing a game between two accounts on the same console, and going back to the main menu to switch the account you're on every time you want to make a move. Here is a back-rank mate I found that can be done in 5 moves. I've left the algebraic notation and the expanded notation below. Since color is random, I've made versions for both colors:
W=White
B=Black

So I have 2 consoles ones a Xbox series x and a Nintendo switch it was pretty easy just purposely make mistakes to where you have your queen blocking the escape and have your rook Take rook and you’ll get the Achievement
