When loading up a game, just before you start, you have the option of Game Timer. You want to select the option Fischer timer before starting the game

Single Game > New Game > Select your piece settings. The second row down is the time settings. The Fischer timer is the fourth option, the one with the stopwatch and a + over it. Simply play a match to get this achievement.

Go to Single game and choose new game. In the settings under Game Timer, choose the Fischer timer. It is the second to last option. Play and finish a game using this timer to unlock this trophy.
