In the challenge tab, there are "Mate in x turns." One of these challenges (Mate in 1 - 01) has an easy way to do this achievement.
There is a Knight at G5. Move that to E6. You will fail the challenge but will unlock this achievement

This can be easily done on the first challenge in the challenge pack Mate in 01 along side trophy Octopus by moving your White Knight to E6 where it will threaten both the Queen and the King. (It does fail the challenge though!)

Go to Challenge Mode and use Mate in 1 - Challenge 1
Now simply move your white knight from g5 to e6.
