This will be the first achievement.
You start in the painting studio pick up the broom and start sweeping
until all the colour disappears ignoring all the crashes and bangs along the way.
Once the colour goes leave the room and walk left until you see the paint brush on the floor. Pick it up. I then splashed some colour around and the achievement popped.
