How to unlock the Honored History achievement in Chicory: A Colorful Tale - Definitive Guide

Story related. Cannot be missed. You will pop this after the second trial. You have to find 4 flowers that look like brushes. An optional 5th can be found though it is not super required.
After meeting Chicory finding the final flower you will meet her in a field of brush shaped flowers you can ask her some questions about past wielders and place your found flowers. You get to keep the optional flower you found.
After this is done she proposes you can celebrate after getting the trial done and choose Luncheon Cafe as option to meet. Travel back to Luncheon Cafe and have another chat with Chicory.
After she leaves, the achievement should pop.

The Wielder Trials are four challenges you will need to complete between Chapter 6 and 9, can be done in any order and are located at the 4 corners of the map. See Apprenticeship

For the Banquet Rainforest Wielder Trial, you will be tasked with collecting 4 brush flowers (There are 5 in all to collect and I suggest grabbing all of them in order to have the full amount in your Decor collection) When you finish the trial, you will fulfill this trophy requirement.
